After the oil tank of the gas station is completed, a water filling inspection should be carried out. The main purpose is to check the reliability of the tank structure; check for leakage (including welds of steel oil tanks and cracks in non-metal oil tanks); and pre-press the foundation. For floating roof oil tanks, a floating roof lift test is also required. When filling and discharging water, the focus should be on the stability of the floating roof lifting, sealing and flexibility of the guiding part, and the leakage of the central drainage pipe. The potential safety hazards of using gas station oil tanks are as follows:
1. In case of accidents such as fire and explosion: When a fire or explosion occurs when the oil tank of a gas station is discharged, the relevant operators working on the scene should immediately stop the discharge operation and close the oil tank gate valve immediately; The library issued a fire alarm signal and immediately took out fire-fighting equipment to put out the fire.
2. The oil tank drain valve of the gas station is malfunctioning and cannot be effectively braked. At this time, the mechanic should immediately put on the blind plate and report the fault to the oil depot manager at the same time.
3. If there is an accident such as leaking or leaking oil from the oil tank at the gas station, the ongoing water discharge operation should be stopped immediately, an alarm signal should be sent to the whole storehouse in a timely manner, and rescue work should be started immediately.
4. Accidental poisoning of staff: When someone is poisoned in daily operations, other staff present should immediately report to the oil depot manager. At the same time, the poisoned person should be moved to a safe area as soon as possible, and the necessary nursing work should be carried out according to the specific poisoning situation of the poisoned person, or drive a special car to the nearest hospital for emergency treatment as soon as possible.
