GBT 4237 1Cr12 martensitic stainless steel is heat resistant steel for turbine blades and high stress components. It is composed of carbon, manganese, chromium, nickel and other chemical substances with high tensile strength. According to GB/T 20878-2007, the new grade of 1Cr12 is 12Cr12.
GBT 4237 1Cr12 martensitic stainless steel plates sheets heat treatment specification:
1) anneal, 800~900 degree slow cooling or about 750 degrees fast cooling;
2) quenching, oil cooling at 959~1000 degrees,
3) tempering at 700~750 degree fast cooling.
