Principle of plate allocation of bridge steel formwork:
1. Ensure that the shape and size of bridge steel formwork components are correct.
2. Ensure that the strength, stability and stiffness of the bridge steel formwork are sufficient to bear the weight, lateral pressure and various construction loads of the newly poured concrete.
3. The selected bridge steel formwork shall be as large as possible. It must also be a common template. When installing steel formwork, tension bolts shall be selected. The use of flat cut square timber instead of bolts can reduce the drilling loss of bridge steel formwork.
4. Ensure that the bridge steel formwork has simple structure, convenient loading and unloading, and does not affect the bonding of subsequent reinforcement. When pouring concrete, you need to ensure that there is no grout leakage.
5. After the bridge steel formwork is matched with the plate, it is necessary to draw the corresponding plate plan to accurately mark the position and size of the steel formwork. If large bridge steel formwork is to be pre installed, the boundary line needs to be marked. The position of embedded body and reserved holes shall be indicated on the layout of bridge steel formwork as far as possible, and the fixing method shall be indicated.
6. The long side splicing of bridge steel formwork must be staggered. The main purpose is to increase the overall stiffness of the formwork.
