What is JIS SM570 high yield strength steel plate

In steel standard JIS G3106, steel grade SM570 owned the highest yield strength above 460 Mpa, and the tensile strength within 570-720 Mpa. Low temperature impacting test shall be done under minus 5 centigrade.
