35CrMo alloy structural steel is quenched and tempered steel, which is mainly used to manufacture important parts of various machines bearing impact, bending and torsion, and high load.
35CrMo alloy structural steel has very high static strength, impact toughness and high fatigue limit. Its hardenability is higher than 40Cr steel. 35CrMo alloy structural steel has high creep strength and endurance strength at high temperature. Its long-term working temperature can reach 500 ℃; it has medium plasticity and poor weldability during cold deformation.
35CrMo alloy structural steel has medium machinability, but it has the first kind of temper brittleness and poor weldability. Before welding, it needs to be preheated to 150-400 ℃. After welding, heat treatment is used to eliminate stress. 35CrMo alloy structural steel is generally used after quenching and tempering. It can also be used after high and medium frequency surface quenching or quenching and low and medium temperature tempering.
