Typical alloy structural steel grades and application

Typical alloy structural steel grades and application

20MnV alloy structural steel application: It is equivalent to 20CrNi steel and can be used to manufacture boilers, high pressure vessels, pipes, etc.

30Mn2MoW alloy steel application: It can replace 30CrNi4Mo and 25CrNiW steel to manufacture quenched and tempered structural parts such as shaft and rod.

27SiMn structural steel application: Used as high toughness and wear-resistant hot stamping parts, tractor track pin, also can be used as castings.

35SiMn steel application: Used for medium speed, medium load or high load parts with little impact, such as transmission gear, spindle, connecting rod, worm, axle, engine shaft, flywheel, turbine impeller, important fastener below 400℃. 35SiMn steel can completely replace 40Cr as quenched and tempered steel and partially replace 40CrNi steel, except that it requires high impact toughness at low temperature (- 20℃).

42SiMn alloy structural steel application: It can replace 40Cr and 40CrNi steel to make shaft parts, and can also be used to manufacture structural parts with large cross section and surface hardening.

20SiMn2MoV steel: It can replace 12CrNi steel.

25SiMn2MoV alloy structural steel application: It can replace 25CrNi steel to make quenched and tempered structural parts.

37SiMn2MoV steel: It can be used as connecting rod, crankshaft, trolley shaft, generator shaft and surface hardened parts.
