Sequence of installation and rusting of weather resistant steel

Generally, for better overall effect, it is recommended that the weather resistant steel plate should be rusted after installation. On the one hand, it can prevent the rust layer from being polluted (such as oil stains, fingerprints, etc.) or scratched in the process of transportation and installation; on the other hand, welding is usually used in the installation, which not only damages the original rust layer, but also does not cover the welding seam, which seems to be very uncoordinated.

However, if the shape of weather resistant steel workpiece is very complex, it is difficult to rust after installation, or the site does not allow construction, it can be considered to rust before installation. But the premise is that the rust should be fixed first, so that there is no need to worry about pollution, and try to use fastener installation or screw installation to avoid the problem of new welding seam.
