SA285GrC steel plate for pressure vessel

1. SA285GrC plate is a steel plate for pressure vessels. It is used to manufacture pressure vessels for petrochemical, gas separation and gas storage and transportation equipment.

2. SA285GrC steel plate delivery status: generally hot rolled, controlled rolling, normalizing, high temperature tempering, etc.; flaw detection, Z15 Z25 Z35 thickness direction performance requirements, high strength and high toughness requirements.

5. SA285GrC steel plate use: it is mainly used to make fixed boilers, hull boilers and other important boiler accessories, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes for hydropower stations, and turbine worms shell and other equipment and components.

SA285GrC steel plate rolling process: rolling system: finishing rolling reduction system: total reduction rate of the last three passes ≥ 40%, finished product pass reduction rate ≥ 10% (steel width ≥ 2200 mm or thickness ≥ 40 mm or later roll production, the reduction rate of finished product pass is allowed to be reduced by 2.0%)
