ASTM A516 70 steel plate is PVQ steel for moderate or lower temperature service pressure vessels. ASTM A516 70 steel plate is usually supplied in as-rolled condition when the thickness is under 40mm. And ASTM A516 70 steel plate is always supplied in normalized condition when the thickness is above 40mm.
