17CrNiMo6 steel heat treatment process:
17CrNiMo6 steel normalizing heating temperature: 830-870℃, cooling method: air.
17CrNiMo6 steel soft annealing heating temperature: 650-700℃, cooling method: furnace cooling.
17CrNiMo6 steel carburizing heating temperature: 880-980℃.
17CrNiMo6 steel core hardening heating temperature: 830-870℃, cooling method: water cooling.
17CrNiMo6 steel surface hardening heating temperature: 780-820℃, cooling method: water cooling.
17CrNiMo6 steel tempering heating temperature: 150- 200℃.
