High pressure boiler quality 18MnMoNbR steel plate

18MnMoNbR steel plate belongs to medium and low temperature and high pressure boiler vessel steel plate, in accordance with GB713-2014 standard, 18 is carbon content of 0.18%; Mn is a chemical element which contains certain chemical elements manganese; Mo is a chemical element containing certain chemical elements molybdenum; NB is niobium; R is the first letter of the container plate.

Delivery status of 18MnMoNbR steel plate: normally delivered in normalized + tempered status (tempering temperature shall not be lower than 620℃). With the consent of the demander, if the thickness is greater than 60mm, it can be delivered in annealed or tempered status.

The allowable deviation of size, shape and weight of 18MnMoNbR steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 709, and the allowable deviation of thickness shall comply with class B deviation of GB / T 709.

The package, mark and quality certificate of 18MnMoNbR steel plate shall comply with GB / T 247.
