15CrMn alloy steel: Used as gears, turbines, plastic molds, steam turbine sealing sleeves, etc.
20CrMn steel: Used as parts with small cross-section, medium pressure and low impact load, such as worms, main shafts, gears, shafts, friction wheels of mechanical continuously variable transmissions, governor sleeves, etc., equivalent to 20CrNi steel.
40CrMn alloy steel: Used for shafts and connecting rods that work under high speed and high bending loads, gear shafts, gears, water pump rotors, clutches, small shafts, spindles and frictional parts on coal cutters that work under high speed and high load without strong impact load. It can be used as the bolt of the cover plate of the high pressure vessel on the chemical equipment, and can partially replace the 42CrMo and 40CrNi steel.
20CrMnSi alloy steel: Used to manufacture high-strength welded structures, parts with high working stress and high toughness.
25CrMnSi steel: Used as tie rods, important welding and impact parts.
35CrMnSi steel: Used for welding and riveting structural parts that work under vibration loads, such as high-pressure blower blades, valve plates, and high-speed and high-load shafts, gears, sprockets, clutches, sleeves, bolts, nuts, etc.
20CrMnMo steel: High-grade carburizing steel, used as important carburizing structural parts that require high surface hardness and wear resistance, such as crankshafts, connecting rods, large tractor final drive main gears, piston pins, ball pins, oil drilling rig wheels, drill bits, and can be substituted carburized steel with high Ni content.
40CrMnMo alloy steel: Used to make heavy load shafts, gears, connecting rods and steam turbine parts, etc., can replace 40CrNiMo steel.
20CrMnTi alloy steel: Used for important parts with a cross section of less than 30mm that are subject to high speed, heavy load, impact and friction, such as gears, ring gears, shafts, etc., with a wide range of uses.
