Compared with American standard low temperature vessel plate SA537CL1, 09MnNiDR low temperature impact requirement is -40 degrees. 09MnNiDR vessel plate is superior to SA537CL1 in mechanical properties and application scope.
Flaw detection of 09MnNiDR vessel plate:
The ultrasonic inspection standard of 09MnNiDR steel plate shall be in accordance with GB / T2970 or JB / T4730.3, and the inspection standard and qualification level shall be indicated in the contract.
The surface of 09MnNiDR vessel plate is not allowed to have cracks, bubbles, folds, inclusions and other harmful defects. The steel plate shall not be layered.
09MnNiDR steel plate is accepted in batches. Each batch of steel plate is composed of the same grade, the same heat number, the same thickness and the same heat treatment system. The weight of each batch is not more than 30t, and the steel plate with single weight more than 30t is grouped in batches.
According to the requirements of customers, 09MnNiDR steel plate with thickness more than 16mm can be heat treated one by one for mechanical property inspection.
The sampling position of mechanical properties shall be in accordance with GB / T2975. For 09MnNiDR vessel plate with thickness greater than 40mm, the axis of impact sample shall be located at one fourth of the thickness.
