KR AH36 structural steel plates are hot selling. In terms of strength, Grade AH36 is equivalent to S355. In terms of composition there might be a difference since Grade AH36 is intended for ship building and S355 is typical in building structures. KR Grade AH36 hull structure steel plates are delivered in hot rolled, normalized or thermo-mechanical controlled.
KR Grade AH36 material is high strength hull structural steel for ships. Grade AH36 has yield strength of 51,000 psi (355 MPa), and ultimate tensile strength of 71,000 - 90,000 psi (490-620 MPa).
