50Mn2V steel is the base material of diamond saw blades. Because 0.08%-0.16% of vanadium is added during steelmaking, the quenching performance is improved, the manganese content is increased, the carbon content is reduced, and the mechanical properties of the 50Mn2V steel are improved, so as to effectively prolong the service life of the saw blade and reduce the use cost of the saw blade.
