14Cr1MoR(H) steel plate smelting method: using electric furnace + external refining and vacuum degassing smelting process, which can carry out secondary electroslag remelting smelting. The 14Cr1MoR(H) steel plate should be essentially fine-grained killed steel.
The chemical composition of 14Cr1MoR(H) steel plate:
Composition analysis | C | Si | Mn | P | S Max | Cr | Mo |
Melting analysis | 0.05-0.17 | 0.05-0.80 | 0.40-0.65 | ≤0.010 | ≤0.010 | 1.15-1.50 | 0.45-0.65 |
Finished product analysis | 0.05-0.17 | 0.46-0.84 | 0.37-0.68 | ≤0.012 | ≤0.012 | 1.10-1.55 | 0.43-0.67 |
Note: (1) Smelting analysis should be sampled according to the number of each furnace, and product analysis (including X coefficient) should be sampled according to the delivery sheet, which should satisfy (Si+Mn)≤1.20%
(2) Tempering embrittlement coefficient should meet the following requirements:
X=(10P+5Sb+4Sn+As)≤15, where the elements are substituted with PPM content, such as 0.01% with 100ppm.
J=(Si+Mn)X(P+Sn)X≤180, where the elements are substituted by weight percentage, for example, 0.01% is substituted with 0.01.
